Flame Spray Technician

Racine Flame Spray, Inc. is looking for a “go getter” that wants to learn a job like no other. We apply metal and ceramic coatings for our customers on-site at their facility all across the United States. We provide on-site services by hauling our equipment with truck and trailer to their location, therefore a Valid Driver's License is required. In the beginning, you will be paired with one of our senior technicians who will guide you through the process. On average, these jobs take 3-5 days.

When you are not performing on-site work, you will work in our 22,000 Square Foot facility where we spray coatings for a wide variety of customers. You will learn from our senior technicians how to take a job from start to finish. We are a job shop so we are always working on different types of parts and learning new things.

Compensation for this position starts at $17.00-$20.00 per hour. We are looking for someone that is willing to be trained and willing to travel. Your experience and background will be taken into consideration.
